242nd Anniversary Commemoration of the Battle of Eutaw Springs
September 08 and 09, 2023
Historic Church of the Epiphany 12065 Old Number Six Hwy. Eutawville, SC 29048
Friday September 08 (The date of the actual battle in 1781) a tour of the battleground will be conducted at 2:00 PM. Meet at the church.
A dinner and program will be held at Clark's Inn and Restaurant in Santee, SC that evening, beginning at 5:30 PM.
Saturday September 09 at 10:00 AM there will be a patriotic program with a speaker at the Historic Church of the Epiphany in Eutawville, SC.
A wreath laying ceremony will be held at the Battle Monument Park in Eutaw Springs Community at 11:30 AM.
At 2:00 PM an honor wreath presentation will be held at Gen. Francis Marion's tomb, at Belle Island Plantation.
